India Post has launched the Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) Recruitment 2025, offering 21,413 vacancies in multiple postal circles nationwide. The application process was active from February 10, 2025, to March 3, 2025. Applicants can now verify their application status on the official website.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Educational Qualification: Applicants must have passed the 10th standard (Secondary School Examination) with Mathematics and English as mandatory subjects from a recognized board.
• Age Limit: Candidates should be between 18 and 40 years of age as of March 3, 2025. Reserved category applicants will receive age relaxation as per government regulations.
Selection Process:
The recruitment is based on a merit list derived from the marks obtained in the 10th standard. There is no written test or interview. Candidates with higher scores will have a better chance of selection. Those shortlisted will be required to complete Document Verification (DV) and a mandatory medical examination before final appointment.
